The Ficus Delight

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. The house is a minute walk from shops, bakery, cafes and a local brewery. Situated on a large block, with a giant ficus tree out the front, you will be tucked away and still have lots of privacy. The space The house offers an open plan living area with kitchen. There are 3 rooms, king bed in the main and queens in the other two rooms. Bathroom has been recently renovated. In addition there is a shower attached to the laundry - a great place to rinse off after a day at the beach. Front patio area overlooks the front garden. There is an bbq, outdoor lounge and large dining table to enjoy your meals on. Back area consists of a shaded enclosed courtyard with a couple of chairs to sit back and relax in. In addition, there is access to the washing line from the enclosed courtyard. Guest access The house is yours to use for the duration of your stay. You have use of the front yard and patio area, as well as the back enclosed courtyard. We ask that you please don’t enter the rest of the backyard, unless you are just popping out to hang out a load of washing. Other things to note We have a very friendly, loveable blue heeler. We will do our best to keep her from entering your space, however she is likely to want to say hello at some point. Please let me know if you have any allergies, or if this is going to be a problem.
