Our home is located on the California Side @ The Havasu Landing Resort & Casino gated property. You'd be surrounded by a brand new Casino, Restaurant, Bar, Marina, Boat House, & a small Market. This is our vacation home and we're out there often, enjoying the many wonders of the Lake. No Pets or Smoking allowed!! The space Our lake home is thoughtfully designed to make your future lake trip one to remember! In the home you can expect to find: -Living space with three couches, a smart TV, board games and many movies to pick from! Along with foosball and a dart board for extra fun! -Dining area with a large table for gathering and a view of the lake through our large glass sliding door! -Full Kitchen with ample cookware, dishes, cups and mugs, baling sheets, silverware, and many of the necessary spices and kitchen supplies. -Large appliances including dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, classic drip coffee machine, toaster - Washer and drier is also available for use, which is great for keep bathing suits and cover ups ready for each beach day! -The home has A/C along with a front A/C unit in the living room and multiple fans to keep you cool after a long day in the heat. -Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Full over Queen Bunk Beds Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds Couch Bed in the living room -Gorgeous back patio with an unreal view of the lake. The patio offers chairs and tables for outdoor dining, along with a new BBQ, ladder toss, giant janga and a firepit! Beach Access is just a flight of stairs away from our lake home! The community also offers its own boat launch for guests to use. Havasu Landing Resort and Casino is a gated community with full time security. The area recently added a new Casino, Restaurant, Bar, Marina, and Boat House. There's a ferry that runs every hour back and forth to the London Bridge for a small cost of $2 a person.
