Luxury Achterhoek cottage 2p (Hot tub and sauna)

This is going to be a real pleasure. Close to the Loohuisbos, a special overnight stay in a super cozy and brand new wellness cottage in the middle of the Achterhoek. Located on the edge of the forest with Finnish sauna and hot tub. Super cozy and fully furnished with made-up beds. A mega experience and completely enjoy a hip, trendy cottage and yet very cozy. Equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, a wood-burning stove and a lot of coziness. Welcome to Achterhoekshuisje. The space The cottage is completely new, fresh and attractively renovated. We have everything ready for you. Made up lovely beds. The towels are ready and the cottage is sparkling clean. Nice quiet rooms. An upstairs room with a nice double bed. On the same floor is a luxurious bathroom. Downstairs in the basement are 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom is larger and has 2 single beds. The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. All imaginable tableware is provided. Including a kitchen linen package. A nice oven, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. The living room has a luxury air conditioning unit. Very nice during hot summer days. The upstairs bedroom has a separate private (mobile) air conditioning. This will cool your bedroom so you can sleep in. We can say that this cottage is an experience. The reactions of the guests are downright laudatory. A beautiful cottage in a more than beautiful location. This piece of Achterhoek is phenomenal. Welcome. We offer the possibility to rent 2 bicycles (2 women's bicycles - not electric). The rental price for this is €60, and the bicycles may then be used throughout the stay. Late check-out. If the schedule allows, a late check-out can be used. You will not leave at 10 a.m., but at noon. You can stay in bed a little longer. The cost for this late check-out is €25. A super nice cozy compact and complete cottage. We made the beds, everything is provided. From towels to tea towels, from toilet paper to dishwasher tablets. The garden is mega. Space and a beautiful garden. Enjoy the Achterhoek peace. Guest access The whole cottage is for you. If you come with 2 people, we will close the rooms downstairs. If you come with 4 people, we will unlock an extra room. Other things to note We deliver the cottage completely. There will be no additional costs for energy or consumption of water. You can book the hot tub. You can then use an optimal experience for 3 days. This is €100,--. We provide a clean hot tub filled with fresh water and a mountain of wood. If you want to extend this period by another 3 days, we will come to clean and fill the tub with clean/new water. Would you like us to warm up the hot tub for you? The first time warming up takes about 4 hours. We are happy to do, book this for €15,--. Incidentally, wood for the wood stove can be ordered from us for €15,--. We will provide a basket full of nice dry wood. The sauna can be booked for €75,--. You can take a big sauna turn every day. Please note: In case of health risks, do not use the sauna. Please note: In the period Saturday, July 25 through Saturday, August 8, 2026, the use of the hot tub and sauna is not possible. Regarding the security deposit. For that, we charge €200,--. This amount will be returned to your account when leaving the property correctly and neatly and undamaged within 1 day. Swimwear in sauna and hot tub is mandatory. This is how we keep it clean and hygienic. We have a beautiful nature cottage. We expect our guests to handle the cottage, nature, and the surrounding area responsibly. Noise nuisance, excessive alcohol use, drug use, parties are not part of that. The use of a soundbox is also not allowed. You book and pay for the number of people. Inviting extra people and/or staying overnight is not allowed. Or else consult with us.
