My place is smoke friendly, I have a small ping pong table/ X box/Dartboard/and a small basketball hoop on the dr for you & your partner to enjoy. I do NOT allow any gatherings or party of any kind. Only 2 guest limit, I will be present during your stay No Unauthorized guest The subway is literally a 2 min short walk. Im 20/30 min train ride to time square .
