Guest access In the apartment, there are three other private rooms that are inhabited by roommates or used as office spaces. The kitchen-living room, bath, toilet and anteroom are for shared use. Right in front of the apartment door in the covered and protected area is a small seating area with a table and chairs, which can be used and popular with smokers. Access for our guests to the infrastructure provided for the household community, such as a washing machine, dryer, and drying room in the basement (access through the underground garage), as well as a bicycle parking space. Individual consumption costs are charged equally to all users via the coin-operated machines customary in the country. Other things to note We ask our guests to read the house rules and cancellation policy before booking because they are part of the contract. Please request for a required parking spot before booking. If necessary, the parking space in front of our house is already occupied for your booking period, then we may be able to organize a parking space in the nearby neighborhood for you. The room is standard for one person equipped with a large and a small towel, a hard and a soft pillow, as well as a wide duvet. For a second person, the same equipment can be booked free of charge. For additional amenities (towels, duvet, etc.), we ask that you book an additional person. The mandatory guest registration in Liechtenstein at the Office of Tourism requires the sending of a passport copy, as well as the current registration address. The regional guest card (free use of public transport and more) can be sent by providing an email address.
