There is a seasonal tram at the corner of the property that will take you to the beach, outlet shops, and downtown shopping in the blink of an eye. In the other direction, it is just a three-block stroll or a short trolley ride to the beach and Pier Bowl. The first floor of this wonderful abode features a designer kitchen that is well-equipped to prepare and serve meals for enjoyment in the adjacent dining room. On the upper floor is an inviting seating area with a large smart TV with streaming services. There is also a comfortable bed, a gas fireplace, and a printer - this space is separated from the seating area by a gorgeous room divider. The only bedroom in the home is located on this level as well. It's complete with another smart TV, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony where you can enjoy a beverage and watch the street scene, or sunset over the ocean. The cleanest garage in town has laundry machines and a 220V outlet, so you may bring your own cord and charge up your EV on us in the garage or driveway! Use the USB ports on our bedside lamps to charge your smaller devices while you rest. THINGS TO KNOW There is no AC available. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
