VILLA Léonie - Superb 4-star family villa in the heart of the village of Léon 12 people – 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms – large garden, swimming pool and boules court – ideal for 2 or 3 families In the heart of the charming village of Léon, close to its lake and 7 km from the Atlantic beaches accessible by bike path, our VILLA Léonie welcomes you for a very nice vacation. 195 m2 with heated 9x4 swimming pool and boulodrome, in a 1000 m2 garden, a villa where life is good! The space Originally designed for our family, we imagined this house to bring us together, while leaving everyone their space for rest and privacy. On the ground floor, a large living room of 65 m2 and its open kitchen with a farm table accommodating up to 14 people, overlooks the main terrace and the swimming pool. In the sleeping area, 3 double bedrooms are each equipped with their own private bathroom and have a more secluded terrace. To complete the sleeping area, a dormitory that can accommodate 6 young people in 2 bunk beds (with drawer and mattress in addition) and a bench that can unfold into a double bed; and right next door, a cloakroom, allowing to store the belongings of each occupant of the dormitory, leads to the bathroom of the dormitory with bathtub and double sink. Upstairs, the master suite is isolated from the rest of the house. It consists of a large bedroom of 17 m2, a bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub and private toilet, a dressing room and a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The balcony to the south and a window to the west flood this room with varied lights throughout the day. The pool is heated from May to September. The equipment you will find in the house: Well-equipped kitchen for 12 people with all the necessary appliances, just like at home! Cellar with washing and drying machines, Tables to eat all together indoors and outdoors, or in smaller groups too. Gas plancha and summer kitchen around the pool house, Linens are included in the rental. All you have to do is bring your towels. This house is designed for families, we provide you with a changing mat and high chair. On the other hand, we prefer to let the little ones sleep in their favorite travel cot. The almost grown-ups will be able to discover a large bed using the drawer beds, while waiting one day to climb up the bunk beds. The TV has Netflix, Canal+ and Amazon Prime. By logging in with your credentials, you can continue watching your favorite series. The screen size is sufficient to take a look at a decisive match or race from the poolside. Books and board games are also waiting for you, there is something for everyone! WIFI of course is available for free throughout the house! A small desk in the master suite upstairs even allows you to telecommute quietly if needed. To enjoy the beautiful weather, you can: Enjoy the pool, Play pétanque (we are in the Landes and it is a very popular sport locally), ping-pong or even soccer, Sunbathe in the deckchairs around the pool or enjoy the fresh air in the shade of the covered terraces, and of course, go to the beach of Lake Léon (900 m) or the ocean, play tennis or tree climbing (900 m from the house) go to the lake's mini golf course etc. Guest access You have access to the whole house. The property is completely non-smoking. We regret that we are unable to accommodate our animal friends. Other things to note The exit from the garden is slightly narrow, no motorhome or caravan or vehicle with trailer can enter the garden.
