Kitchen appliances: Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle Main Room: Coffee Maker and Coffee bar, table & chairs, sitting area, TV. The space We live in a pretty 1950s neighborhood. Fenced in, private backyard, vintage ambiance, and furniture. Our perennial gardens provide an easy atmosphere for relaxing! This suite has luxury vinyl plank flooring and refreshed decor. Everything inside this suite is thoroughly cleaned to the highest standard. A long, single bed can be added for 20.00, to the main room, by request only, for second guest booked. Please request at time of booking. Additional cost may apply. Ask for anything else you might need! Cheers Bonita Guest access You have free parking in the driveway for one car. We will adjust parking to your coming and going, so stay tuned while you are here. You will receive a code for the house door. Enter through the door beside the garage, which welcomes you into our home proper via a cozy breezeway. Upon entering, please REMOVE footwear BEFORE going downstairs!! Leave footwear in the breezeway or bring downstairs with you to place on the rug in the hallway outside your suite. Coats can be hung in stairwell or in your bedroom closet. Your 100% private Suite/ Apartment is straight downstairs, then straight ahead, first door to the left. Enter and relax in your home away from home! You do not share this space with anyone else! You are most welcome to use our fenced-in backyard to relax in. It's a vintage garden. Enjoy as is. Chair cushions in The Bin. Please return them to bin after use. If you wish, you can arrange privacy at any time. If you need a lawn chair, please ask. We are here to make your stay comfortable! WELCOME Other things to note We live upstairs on the main floor. Your suite is downstairs. We are a quiet, private couple and we will respect your privacy. Our laundry and freezer, etc. are downstairs but completely separate from your suite, which has its own door. At an additional charge, I can provide laundry services. There is one King bed available in the suite bedroom. If required, for one of the two persons in the booking, I can provide an extra, single bed in the main room at an extra cost of 20.00 CAD. Please let me know if you need this, when you book. The booking includes 1-2 people. If there are three or more people included in the booking, floor mattress and bedding are provided at no cost. Please ask if you need this service. Leave your dishes in the wash basin and I will gladly wash them when bin becomes full.. or every third day of your stay!! If you'd like them washed, send me a note and I'll take care of it in your absence.. No Problem at all! There is an iron and ironing board in the bedroom closet. Need anything else? Please don't hesitate to ask. We are very flexible and willing to help, but... Your privacy will be respected completely at all times!
