The space Heavenly Seascape at Summerhouse is located in Litchfield By The Sea, one of the finest private beach resort communities you'll find anywhere! It is an END UNIT, which means it's private balcony will offer you water views from THREE sides, not just the two that all interior units have at Summerhouse. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances: stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, as well as other conveniences you'll need to fully enjoy your stay: coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. The unit is also well stocked with dishware, cookware, silverware, paper towels, etc. Everything you'll need! In the living room there is a 48” flat screen TV w/ 200+ channel cable and Blu-ray/dvd player. There is also an additional digital TV, premium cable, and a Blu-ray/dvd in the primary bedroom. Premium Cable TV is provided with over 200 channels (including all major networks and music channels to suit every taste) The community provides private high speed internet access w/ WiFi. Great for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Pandora, Gaming etc. Summerhouse offers a coin operated laundry on site for your convenience. Guest access As a guest of Heavenly Seascape at Summerhouse, you will be able to access ALL the wonderful amenities that Litchfield By The Sea has to offer! When you check-in at the registration building (staffed 24 hours a day), you will receive keys to access the unit, as well as a car pass allowing you to pass through the main LBTS gate. You will enjoy year-round full access to the LBTS beaches, salt marsh, walking and bike paths, tennis courts, bike rentals, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, exercise equipment, The Coastal Dish restaurant and Starbucks Coffee. And if your stay is during the warmer months, we offer additional amenities such as the outdoor pools, outdoor water park, seasonal beach shuttle, The Deck Tiki Bar, ice cream parlor and gift shop, etc. Heavenly Seascape at Summerhouse is located on the 3rd Floor and is easily reached by both elevator and by stairs. Also, you'll find both covered and open parking spaces for your vehicle, and plenty of carts to help transport your luggage to the condo! Once you're all settled in, on the grounds of Litchfield By The Sea you'll find great amenities, as well as the beautiful LBTS beaches...all within a very short walk from Heavenly Seascape! Other things to note When you go out to explore the Pawleys Island/Grand Strand area beyond Litchfield By The Sea, you will find a VERY wide assortment of great restaurants, attractions, music shows, shopping of all kinds, championship golf courses, miniature golf courses, ice cream parlors, you name it! Also, Historic Georgetown is only 20 minutes away, and Historic Charleston is only and hour and fifteen minutes away! NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2024 our rates will reflect a required $15 per night resort fee. This fee allows Litchfield By The Sea to maintain the grounds and amenities in our community to the highest standards.
