Guest access Self check-in with a secure door code—no front desk, no waiting. Codes activate at 4 PM, and you can check in anytime after. Early check-in is always available at 1 PM, 2 PM, or 3 PM for $9/hour. Even earlier check-in may be available based on reservations. Check-out is 11 AM ▪️ Noon check-out – $18 ▪️ Later check-out – $9/hour, if available Other things to note We are pet-friendly— well-behaved, well-traveled pets only please. All pets must be included in your reservation. There is a $28 flat fee per stay, which covers up to 2 pets. Our location is right on Broad Street in the heart of downtown Prescott. That means a front-row seat to the energy of the city—including nightlife, music, traffic, and trains. If you're sensitive to sound, this may not be the right fit.
