You can play my guitar and use my Pilates ball and foam roller Scrabble, cards, Tarot, jeu de Go, backgammon. Table tennis, Volley ball outside. Central heating, nice & warm in the winter. The space My flat is in a block of flats. The double bed is very comfortable. There is Wi-Fi (Password written in the "Flat book") and a digital TV in the living room for you to plug your computer in. You can admire the sunsets from the window. Guests usually enjoy my flat as there are many things to look at (it is not minimalistic) and it is flooded with light. It is located at the crossroad of 4 boroughs, so for what to do locally, I will send you sites addreeees when you have booked. Guest access There is a space for you to hang and tidy your clothes. You will have access to the whole flat apart from the first bedroom as you enter the flat . You can use the kitchen table to eat your meals or work on your laptop. Please, NO EATING in the bedroom. Other things to note My flat is ideal for a maximum of 3 friends or a family of 4 with children above 10 years old (or babies) . Children under 10 might find it too tempting to touch and play with objects which could harm them. The sofa-bed is in the living-room which forms an open plan with the kitchen, and therefore from the time the bedroom guest are having breakfast until their their bed time, the sofa bed guests will have less privacy. However, there is a thin curtain to enhance privacy. Check in and out is flexible as long as I do not have a reservation 2h before or after your booking. In this instance, check in is at 12am and check out at 10am, otherwise. There is a key safe so you can arrive at any time. Photos of the location of the safe will be sent to you before your arrival. I speak French, English, Portuguese, Spanish, low intermediate German, a little Swahili and I understand a little Shikomori.
