You can watch TV while lounging on the comfy sofa sectional. -Also, you will find a Full bathroom, freshly washed towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and spare bathroom necessities The Outdoor area has enough seating for six people and multiple seating options to enjoy the sun, relax drink a warm cup of coffee in the private backyard. - Both Bedrooms have queen beds with fresh new linens. - You will also have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Guest access Front Door Access, contactless (self) check-in and check-out, with keypad, your entry code will be provided 12 to 24 hours before arriving. Driveway parking is available for up to two cars. The house has two steps to the front door. Going from the inside of the house to the covered patio and to the backyard, it has one-step down access. (If there are any wet towels, please leave them hanging out to dry in the bathroom if possible. If not, leave it hanging on the wood handrail by the covered patio. * Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher (you do not need to start it) * Please, No leftover garbage should be inside when leaving. * Please place all garbage outside tied in a bag. There is a garbage container in the backyard * Please set the A/C to 73 (Seventy-three) before leaving, so the casita stays at a Cool temperature, Not a cold temperature. * Please make sure the stove & oven & coffee maker is off and & coffee maker, toaster, or any other additional appliances are unplugged. * Please turn off all lights and make sure all doors are locked and shut correctly. * Please remember to provide your review to Airbnb about your experience staying in the Casita.
