One double room available with a private bathroom across the hall. Perched on top of the hill, the house has grand views across the Hutt valley, all-day sun and beautiful sunsets. A spacious lounge with wood burner with comfy sofas, wifi, TV, Netflix etc & a large open plan living area with fully equipped, shared kitchen. There's plenty of outdoor space for sitting in the sun, plus a sheltered barn with outdoor fireplace and BBQ for evening entertainment. The space Peaceful double room with Queen bed. Across the hall is a private bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Guest access Shared use of spacious, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with stunning valley views. Large table and desk space available. Various outdoor spaces to enjoy. During your stay I live in the house but work full-time on a roster, so I will be in and out of the shared space.
