Amazing Co-Living Home Upstairs Private Room

This space is set up as a co-living home for traveling and local professionals. Everyone staying is here at a minimum of 1 month. This is an amazing, newly renovated home that has easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The space This is a 6 bedroom 4 bath fully furnished home. This listing is for an upstairs private bedroom with a shared bathroom with one other room. Please let me know if there is a gender preference for who shares the bathroom with you. Also available are master bedrooms with a private bathroom. Housekeeping included approximately every 2 weeks to keep everything tidy. Guest access Front door is code accessed and each bedroom has your set individual code access for security. During your stay I live a couple blocks away and am available if needed. Other things to note There is a limit of 1 person per room with shared bathrooms and a max of two people per master bedroom with private bathroom. The house has a brand new Heater and AC system. This room has its own personal mini split that you control personally in your room. We get you started with a couple coffee pods, laundry pods and toilet paper. This is a long term rental place, so after that it is expected that you get the things you need for the rest of your stay.
