SAUNA & King Bed near Logan, USU & Firefly Park

Come stay at our large guest suite. We have a King Bed, queen pullout, and a full-twin bunk bed. The Full Kitchen, Laundry, and separate entrance are perfect for long term says. The Infrared SAUNA fits two comfortably with a Bluetooth sound system and color changing LED light. The new 55" 4K Smart Roku TV allows you to log into your personal streaming accounts. A Smart-Lock on the door allows no-contact check in. We love having long term guests and give discounts for longer stays. The space This is the basement of our home. We live upstairs. The apartment is about 1250 square feet. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, one laundry room with a large kitchen-dining-living room. We have a king, queen pullout, and a full-twin bunk bed. In total that sleeps 7. We have a 3 person sauna. A new 4K Smart TV. And a firepit in the backyard. Guest access You have space for two vehicles or 4 small vehicles and can park on the right side of the driveway (north side). The appartment door is on the north side of the house down a set of stairs. I have installed a smart lock for no-contact entry. You have most of the basement to yourselves with access to the sauna. Other things to note If you plan on an extended stay and don't like the rate shown please send me a message with the dates you want to stay and I may be able to give you a better price. We have kids and live on the main floor. We try to keep the kids quiet but hey, they're kids. You will hear us walking and the kids playing upstairs. If you want a completely silent place this may not be the place for you. That said, kids go to bed at 8pm. Quiet time is at 10pm and we follow that.
