The space The property boasts high quality internal fixtures and fittings: a fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, chic lounge areas and entertaining spaces on both levels, and even a corporate quality gymnasium. Outside there is both sunny and covered BBQ areas with plenty of space to relax in. The room is large and generously proportioned with warm timber tones and is similar to what you would find in a 4.5 star hotel, it includes: - Private Bathroom (Not inside the room) - Built in Robe - Reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating unit controllable by you - 32 inch Television; - Single Bed - Two seater couch; - Large Desk; - Side drawers & bookshelf; - All linen and towels are provided. The focus is on comfort and convenience in a friendly and inviting environment. It’s a ready-made home away from home. Common areas are managed by us and cleaned daily to ensure they are always clean. We also have a house manager on site. The property was completed in 2014 so its modern and clean. Fashioned around the boutique hotel concept, each of its 18 bedrooms were custom built with their own private bathroom to maximise your comfort. Other things to note 🧽 Professional Cleaning We clean the property regularly to uphold a high standard of cleanliness. However, we ask all guests to tidy up after themselves. We are dedicated to maintaining a clean and respectful environment, ensuring that common areas stay neat and tidy between professional cleanings. 🍽 Kitchen Organisation The kitchen pantry and fridge (if your room doesn’t have a private one) are separated and labeled for each guest. You will have 1-2 shelves, cupboards, or drawers designated for your use, clearly marked with your room number. This space is intended for your dry groceries, and the same applies to the fridge and freezer. 🍴Kitchen Essentials The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. While all essential cookware and utensils are provided, please note that we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or any basic food items. 🧺 Laundry Facilities On-site, you’ll find coin-operated laundry machines for washing and drying, featuring large commercial machines at a budget-friendly rate of $2 to $4 AUD per load. 🛏️ Linen and Towels Guests are responsible for washing their own towels and linen. If needed, we offer a drop-off service for fresh linen and towels, starting from $30 AUD per bed. 🧻 Toiletries We offer complimentary toilet paper at check-in; however, guests are responsible for purchasing their own toilet paper and other toiletries thereafter. Please be aware that laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner are not provided. 🅿️ Parking Available The driveway accommodates two cars on a first-come, first-served basis. Please park responsibly to allow space for both cars.
