The space The Westside Aviation Suite is a first floor unit located in the heart of Old Colorado City on the main city street, and has both brand new full kitchen and full bath (2021 remodel) designated solely for guest use (yard shared with other units). Guests can enjoy a short five minute walk to the local restaurants, bars, and shopping centers within OCC. This cottage is conveniently located between Manitou Springs, Downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, and Red Rock Canyon Open Space, all within a four minute drive. This unit has it's own dedicated space on the property consisting of a hot tub, patio with chairs, and a grill. Some of the areas need to be passed through to get to these spaces, so while they are not completely private, they are designated for each unit to use. There is also a heating and cooling unit in this suite. Guest access This unit is accessible by a shared entry way that contains doors to the first and second floor units. All units are completely private from each other aside from this street front entry way and some exterior sections. Other things to note This unit is on the 1st floor of the home. There is a unit above you that is also an Airbnb. The occasional noise from the unit upstairs can be heard from time to time. One last thing to note, as mentioned in the description this home is located on the main street in Old Colorado City. If you are a light sleeper please be aware you will hear cars driving by during the day and night, and people walking by outside the home.
