Bright dual-aspect apartment

I occasionally rent my unique and quiet apartment. Close to Grenoble and close to ski resorts, you can stop there to enjoy the Grenoble winter. I'm not always present in the accommodation, but I can be there. Private parking. A balcony overlooking the Vercors and Belledonne and a loggia overlooking the Bastille. Washing machine, microwave, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, TV with Netflix account available. Access to Grenoble and fast ring road. The space I live in this accommodation all year round, which is why my personal belongings are there. I try to make it as pleasant, peaceful and bright as possible for anyone who comes to stay when I'm away. Guest access You will have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a private bedroom. You also have a loggia and balcony, both with nice views of the mountains. Other things to note Located on the 4th floor, this apartment is a fairly quiet building and is not suitable for parties and late night noise, to respect the neighbors.
