"SMITH OASIS," the new luxury guesthouse, is in the heart of the Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi areas. You will be greeted by a stunning and unique blend of modern architecture featuring waterfalls and sophisticated furnishings, which the owner has collected from around the globe throughout their life. The guesthouse offers convenient access to Universal Studios Japan, Nara, and Kyoto. It's just a 35-minute train ride to Universal Studios, 50 minutes to Nara, and about an hour to Kyoto. The space Your room is "Fountain" on the 3rd floor (U.K. 2nd floor). The large living room with round windows has a really distinct feel. In the corner of the living room is a cosy Japanese room that can be left open plan or enclosed via traditional Japanese sliding doors and be a private bedroom. Families with children are welcome. Large Balcony with healing greenery The apartment building is made with traditional Japanese natural materials as much as possible. The apartment building is designed with ecology in mind, which leads to energy saving, whilst being kind to nature. As far as possible, we have used traditional Japanese natural materials. There is an ashtray on the table on the balcony, for smokers.) Sorry, no pets, no parties or events Feel free to use the tables and the chairs on the first floor (U.K. the ground floor). No parking on the premises. A parking lot on the 1st floor is only for the penthouse residents. Please do not touch any of the artifacts in your apartment or in the communal area. If you break or damage anything in the property, you will be charged the full amount. Please be quiet on the balcony, especially after 10:00 pm, for the neighbours.
