Double room with en-suite and built in wardrobe in a new town house. Ideal for couples, single travellers or business travellers. My house is located in Edgeware/St Albans, a quite residential suburb close to the CBD. ***Easter/ANZAC weekend bookings have the whole house to themselves*** Guest access Guests are welcome to utilise all shared areas of the house including the modern kitchen and living space, outdoor courtyard and Laundry located in the garage. During your stay I work a busy corporate job but am almost always available on my cell phone. I’ll be around in the evenings to answer any queries and as a bit of a foodie I love recommending great places to eat. Other things to note Access is via pin code so guests are able to let themselves in anytime after the check-in start time.
