This apartment also has lighted tennis court, sand volleyball court, gym and business center, as well as the jogging and biking trails that connect to W & OD trail. Great location: minutes away from Reston Town Center and IAD Airport EXPY. The space This one-bedroom unit is only 850 sq. ft. It is maximum for three people (two adults and one kid). The bedroom with a queen bed has a door. The room with a twin bed has no door. Guest access Lockbox code will be provided. On-site parking available. Parking pass is required. Other things to note The building quiet time is before 8 am and after 8 pm. The bed frame is lower than standard beds. If you don't like low beds, please be aware! The two mattresses are both made by soft cool gel.
