This 3000 sq ft. house was lovingly built with high-beamed ceilings, and upscale French country décor for a luxurious resort yet charming feel. Enjoy the sunset views from the master's bedroom, pool and lush garden. The house is located within one hour drive to the desert oasis, mountain ski resorts, beaches and other major California attractions. Although shops and restaurants are only a 10-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Please note: Home is a shoe-free zone. Free slippers are provided for use indoors. You will have an exclusive 2 story: 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house! This home is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, a formal dining room, a large living rooms, family room with bar, smart TVs (own subscription required), BBQ Cabana lounge area with fire pits, pool, indoor jacuzzi, mini-bowling, large couches for additional sleeping arrangements, in unit washer/dryer, gym, and spacious backyard! ✶ ROOM HIGHLIGHTS ✶ -Our home has 4 bedrooms to choose from (all rooms located in 2nd floor). a. Master suite room (Sleeps 2. 1 king bed) It is equipped with a smart TV, reclining chair, a large arm chair with ottoman, bay window seats and best of all, its own private bathroom. The private bathroom has a large shower, large vanity space, and private jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy this relaxing space by yourself or fit 2 inside our bubble bath jet infused hot tub while watching TV. Enjoy a window view that leads to breath taking sunset, city and mountain views of the neighborhood. This spacious suite is perfect to relax by yourself or with someone to share with. b. Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2, 1 queen - the Coral Room) Access to the shared bathroom. Large closet space with desk/chair. Private room with upstairs views overlooking the scenery. The Kitchen and separate Formal Dining room -Full functional kitchen ready for you to cook a fancy gourmet dinner with. -All kitchen amenities are stocked with dinnerware plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, pots/pans, microwave, toaster, panini, air-fryer, stand mixer, 2 built-in ovens, crock pot, hot pot with grill and a good ol' blender. -2 large dining tables, each can seat up to 8 people. -Open one of the cabinets to find holiday decorations to set the mood for the perfect holiday dinner. -Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with our complimentary coffee station. d. The Bathrooms -Our home has 3 private bathrooms (1 by the family room and 2 located on the 2nd floor). -All bathrooms have vanity spaces with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. -Our master suite bathroom has a large vanity, perfect for those who desire a large counter space to get ready in. e. Game Night -Play a round of outdoor mini-bowling. Kids will love this extra bowling lane located right in our backyard. . -There are also plenty of board games. These include, but are not limited to: Scrabble, Uno, Monopoly, Game of life, Rummy, Ticket to Ride, and so much more. Open our game cabinet to find so many choices to choose from. f. Gym -Cardio machine includes a treadmill & row machine. -No weights included at this time. -Have a great gym session outside and do laps in our spacious pool. -Hiking/jogging trail also located in our neighborhood on our inclined hill for extra cardio. g. Children Amenities -Portable crib available at any time during your stay (placed in master's bedroom closet). -1 booster seat is kept inside the entry closet and can be used for your toddler during mealtimes. -All equipment is keep inside the closet and is sanitized after each guest stay. h. Backyard -There is a large backyard space. -Large pool and spa perfect for the summer days. -Enjoy a relaxing moment in our patio seating area. -Or swing on our modern swing set. -Unwind next to our fire pit or maybe cook your favorite homemade BBQ on our cabana grill. -Tiki lounge can also be used as an extra bar space, perfect to set the mood for any gatherings. -Night lights all around our backyard will also bring a romantic atmosphere during your nighttime stays. NOTE: Due to the windy nature of the area and the lush garden, the outdoor furniture is prone to getting dirty with sand, dust, and cobwebs even after the cleaning crew has just cleaned the property. We provide rugs/duster so you can simply wipe them down before enjoying them. ***POOL*** -Relax and unwind in our outdoor pool area with jacuzzi all year long. -Jacuzzi and pool is NOT heated at this time. Contact host in advance if you wish to use the jets (remotely controlled). Heating for jacuzzi is complimentary for the first 2 hours and charged per hour thereafter. This must be scheduled ahead. -Pool cleaning days are on Thursdays. -No life guard on duty. Please watch all persons and children. By booking directly you are acknowledging that you will be the main person responsible for your entire stay. Never leave a child unattended in the pool or pool area. Because flotation devices and swimming lessons are not substitutes for supervision, a child should always be watched when in or around the pool area. By booking directly at least one person in your group is CPR/CCR certified and will notify 911 emergency number for emergencies. I. Parking -There is private driveway parking, up to 4 cars. -Avoid street parking. -No available garage parking is permitted due to the personal items being kept inside the garage. j. Washer and Dryer -You have access to our in unit washer and dryer. -It is located next to the bar in the family room. k. Cleaning Guidelines -Our cleaners are trained to sanitize and disinfect surface areas after every guest. -We provide our cleaners with the latest technology in the Clorox Turbo Booster to sanitize germ causing bacteria; which include COVID 19 & Monkeypox. -Our cotton bedsheets and linens are washed after every guest. And fresh laundered sheets are provided for each new stay. L. Privacy & Surveillance -You will be able to check in using a simple and easy keyless entry. The home is built with smart lock technology that changes before and after each guest stay. -Outdoor surveillance is located at the front of the home to deter unwanted behavior and monitor package delivery. Note that all security cameras out front have audio and video recordings and by staying here you agree to being recorded. There are no cameras or recording devices indoors or in the backyard for privacy. -Trash pickup is scheduled every Tuesday. -Gardening services are every Tuesday. -Follow street sweeping guidelines when parked on the street. m. Pet -At this time we unfortunately do not accept any pets due to life threatening allergies which is a safety hazard to long term residents. No pets of any kind are permitted. An Airbnb exemption is in place due to medical reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience. Failure to comply with the strict pet policy will result in loss of RSVP and violation penalty of $1000. n. Restricted Areas Areas not accessible to guests are labeled. Please respect signs and do not tamper with locks. Signs of damage/tampering of locks will result in charges. o. LASTLY… -The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home! Guest access Everything in the home that is unlocked will be accessible for guests to use. Please respect signs and notices for all restricted areas. Thank you. Other things to note Security cameras on the front side of the property for guest safety. Total of 3 security cameras: north, south and front door ring cameras. All activities are being recorded for security reasons. No overnight unregistered guests allowed. No day guests allowed over 10 total on any given day without the host’s permission. $1000 penalty for violation. Home is a shoe-free zone. Free slippers are provided for use indoors. Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing, damaged or broken. NO EVENTS/PARTIES- entire deposit will be charged if there are more than 9 people entering the property and the EVENT/PARTY will be broken up by the police. Having additional guests after the limit (9) will lead to removal of all guests without refund. Any violations of this rule will be reported to Airbnb and may lead to the deactivation of your Airbnb account! *SMOKING of any substance indoors will incur a penalty of minimum $1000 per incident. Mandatory monthly inspection and cleaning for stays over 28 days at week 3-4 to be scheduled by host at no extra charge. Primary guest must sign a rental agreement to confirm booking. *POOL RULES* *No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. *Persons with open sores, cuts or communicable disease may not enter the pool. *No food or drink may be brought into the pool area. *No glassware is permitted in the fenced pool area. *No running, pushing, or rough play in pool area. *Please shower before using the pool. *All persons using suntan lotions and pool furniture must cover the furniture with a towel since these lotions could stain or damage the furniture. *Bathing suits or proper bathing attire only. No street clothing, such as cutoffs, denim, etc. are allowed. *Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. *Babies may only use the pool with appropriate swim diapers. *No running or loud noises are allowed in the pool area. *No jumping or diving is allowed. Do not swallow the pool water. *No smoking is allowed inside the fenced area of the pool. *Do not bring bath towels and linens outside. Pool towels are provided. *Owner/Management is not responsible for injuries. Swim at your own risk. As a guest/s, you agree to book this home in good faith and that you will not engage in any efforts that could have the potential effect of damaging your Host’s reputation or business because you are discontent with or opposed to a decision rendered by the Host or Airbnb through any dispute resolution process, including, but not limited to, the Airbnb Dispute Resolution process.
