Delightful house next to the Escorrega waterfall with 2 bedrooms and 3 indoor fireplaces. American-style kitchen shared with the 2 living rooms of the house, one for dining and enjoying the fireplace and another for television and games. The living rooms and master bedroom have a sunny deck to enjoy the day and the pleasant night! This little house is my darling, it took me a long time to open my heart and share it with you! It is a house where I have lived many happy moments, and I hope to be able to pass some of this energy on to you! The space The house is in a "condominium" with 2 other properties, it is very safe. It has 3 "levels", on the first floor a deck with a wonderful view of the forest and 2 rooms, both with a fireplace and shared kitchen. The rooms are all integrated. We have a smart TV that you can watch movies on :) - it does not have access to open channels, only via YouTube or streaming. The kitchen is complete: refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric oven, sandwich maker, blender. On the kitchen level there is a bedroom with a beautiful double bed and also a bathroom (not an en-suite). Access to the 3rd floor is via a staircase, where there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a separate double mattress and a bed with 2 single beds. This room is a suite and the bath is WONDERFUL! There is a relaxing deck that is part of the environment overlooking the other side of the forest. We have fiber internet, perfect for working. And two barbecue grills, a small one and a larger one to enjoy a barbecue to the sound of birds on the deck. Pets are welcome! The property is not walled, our fences are alive! Guest access The land is 2,000 meters and is a delight to enjoy both the deck and the garden. There is parking on the property for 2 cars. I recommend going up to the parking space in front of the house with the car not fully loaded and only in good weather. Because it is very steep on rainy days, you may have trouble backing up. Other things to note We are next to the Escorrega waterfall (50 meters) and also at one of the entrances to the Itatiaia park. I provide clean bed linens and blankets.
