The space This home's interior is delicately designed and is fully air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay! BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. All bedrooms have their own split-type air-conditioning units. There is also a shared walk-in wardrobe room with a dresser and additional hanging and storage space. This room is separate from the three bedrooms. BATHROOM: The main bathroom upstairs has a separate bath and shower in addition to a toilet and basin. The waterfall shower head promises a relaxing bath to cap the night off. A second toilet is located on the ground floor. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: Kitchen is gourmet with high end appliances that you can use throughout your stay: - induction stove top - 900mm wide pyrolytic oven - French door fridge and freezer - Bosch dishwasher - Pull out pantry We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room includes a 55-inch LG Smart TV that's connected to the internet for streaming. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions and you will have to use your account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and a heat-pump dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. There is also a clothes line in the private rear courtyard. COURTYARD: Spacious front courtyard with recently landscaped garden. There is also a back courtyard with sitting area to catch the morning sun. PARKING: Assigned space can fit up to 2 cars, 1 inside the garage and 1 in the driveway, parked in tandem. There are also some all-day free parking spots at the back of the house in "Garran Place". Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please note: The fireplace is not available for guest use.
