This house features two full beds and one queen split between three bedrooms. One full bathroom with shower bath is on the second floor beside the bedrooms and laundry room, the other full bathroom with shower is on the first floor off of the kitchen. The living room has a variety of reading materials as well as one of the two Tv's within the house, with the other being in the queen bedroom. You'll have access to the entire house as well as the backyard patio fit with a dining table for 10, small fire pit, and basketball hoop. You'll have an entire small parking lot behind the house to yourself with enough room to fit two to three cars, with the space being closed off from the public by a gate. By the mid-twentieth century, tourism to Callicoon had declined. But the twenty-first century has seen a revival, and downtown Callicoon, an area that includes this house, is now listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
