Close to parks, golf course, museums, many restaurants, live music @ pubs & downtown Sayville stores. Includes two TVs with Hulu & Prime Video. Ferries to Fire Island ocean beaches are 2.4 mi. away. Please reach out if you have any questions about this policy. Our Airbnb is a bright second story unit with large windows. Tall trees and singing birds galore make the space very inviting. Oak hardwood floors throughout, with two exceptions: bathroom & second bedroom with tile flooring. A beautifully renovated bathroom with "rain" shower provides a relaxing experience. The living room has a large comfy sofa with two extra-wide, power recliners. This is where you will find the 4K Samsung Smart TV. The primary bedroom has a comfortable queen size mattress, two nightstands, an alarm clock with two AC outlets, two USB chargers and one USB-C charger on the nightstand, a chest of drawers and a desk with an office chair. It also has 42” HD TV with an Amazon Fire TV stick to enable watching TV using your favorite apps. Our Prime Video & Hulu apps are loaded on the the Fire TV stick for your use. (Netflix is not included.) The second bedroom has another comfortable queen mattress, an alarm clock with two AC outlets, two USB chargers and one USB-C charger on the nightstand, chest of drawers and an entrance to the bathroom. The second entrance to the bathroom is through the kitchen. For an extra charge, a single (twin) mattress and bedframe can be placed in the living room—directly in front of couch, when adding a fourth or fifth person. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a countertop oven, an under-the-counter refrigerator and a separate under-the-counter freezer (high end appliances) along with dishes, and a small selection of new pots and pans. Please note the height deficit in the kitchen by looking closely at the photos, and the photo descriptions. Guest access Guests climb a few steps to the wide porch and use the far door to access the interior stairwell with original ornate banner. The entire upstairs is strictly for Airbnb guests. Cast iron radiators heat up the space very quickly. Ample window air conditioners cool the space in the warmer months. Guests are welcome to sit outside on the two cushioned swivel chairs on the wide porch. Please note that the first floor unit has long-term residents who collect their mail from the mailbox at the entrance to the porch steps. Please be careful as sometimes deliveries for the first floor residents are placed on the porch. Other things to note Please note that due to allergies, we are unable to host any animals. Bassinet is available and located in living room closet along with vacuum and broom.
