The space This elevated home has an open floor plan that’s perfect for vacationing with family and friends. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry. The dining area has seating for 6 + 2 additional chairs, and 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The spacious living room with wall-mounted smart flat-screen TV provides a great space for gathering. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** A set of sliding glass doors leads to a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining table and access to the deck with a gas grill. If you take the steps down from the back porch, you’ll have a direct path down to the beach. Two guest bedrooms and bathrooms are also on the first floor. The first has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and access to the deck area. This room also has a private bathroom with double vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom and the fourth bedroom can be found on the second floor. The spacious primary suite has a king bed, flat screen TV and access to a private balcony where a slight view of the ocean can be seen. This room also features a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
