The Alpine Loft Suite provides an elevated experience for your family or group of up to 6 guests. Enjoy the mountain landscape with clear views of Red Dog and KT-22 in this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that offers 1,573 sq ft spread over two floors. The condo includes a lift ticket discount available with purchase at the front desk, housekeeping services, no departure cleaning fee and free underground parking for one vehicle. The space The main living area is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and 2-story windows facing south into the sun. Mountain design elements complement the space and there are A/Cs in this main room as well as all 3 bedrooms. The living room has a large leather sofa, a TV, a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer and access to the balcony that faces the Fountain Court and the ski area. A fully equipped kitchen will make you comfortable cooking in the condo with modern appliances and breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining area features a large wooden table with 4 chairs and a bench along the wall that could fit another couple of adults, or maybe 3 children. There are two bedrooms on the lower level. One features a king bed, ample closet space, a tv, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom on the lower level includes a full over full bunkbed with closet space and a detached full bathroom. The primary bedroom is in the loft upstairs and features a king bed, a vaulted ceiling, closet space, and a detached full bath with dual sinks. Guest access You'll be just steps from the slopes and in the heart of all the fun, including dining, shopping, events, and activities in The Village at Palisades Tahoe. Plus, you're just a short drive away from stunning Lake Tahoe! Guests have access to all 8 of our scenic outdoor hot tubs throughout the Village, the fitness centers, dry saunas, coin-op laundry facilities, a media room with lounge chairs and a big screen TV, and a pool table. Reservations also include a free underground parking space in our heated garage for one car. Other things to note The Village at Palisades Tahoe charges an additional $49 daily resort fee ($56.08 after taxes), which is added to the stated room rate, and paid by the guest at the time of purchase on Airbnb. The reservation is paid-in-full through Airbnb, and there is no additional cost to the guest at the property. Housekeeping provides daily trash and towel service. Cleaning is provided every third day, and can be requested at the front desk, as needed.
