This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or just for romantic getaways. The views are sublime and the home is comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating areas inside and outside. Outside there is a covered lanai but also a courtyard that is fenced for your privacy. There is a King in the master and a Queen in the guest bedroom. The location is very convenient but peaceful and quiet. Enjoy the sunset reflection on the lake and occasional holiday fireworks. The space The view is beautiful and you can see the lake very well from the living area 1 and 2 and from the second bedroom as well. The master is in the back with its own bathroom and an exit to a screened lanai which also go into a inner courtyard. There are two units at this address. Each has their own driveway, porch and private entrance away from each other. This listing is for the main house which features two bedrooms ands two full bathrooms. Attached to it there is a small studio as well but it is a separate listing and on the opposite side of the house. The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a pull out sofa as well as a big screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed .The kitchen has a 6 seating dinning table. The living area has two L shaped couches, one facing the lake to enjoy the beautiful view and one for your TV enjoyment. The lanai has a dinning table and couch set. There is also a BBQ grill in the lanai. Outdoor there is a fire pit and 4 comfy chairs around as well as a basketball hoop. You do need to bring a ball if you want to play. The place is cozy but spacious in the same time with enough room and plenty of seating. We provide fresh towels and toiletries, coffee pods for the Keurig machine but we also have a drip if needed. There is a blender, electric kettle, as well as a toaster. There are utensils and spices in case you like too cook. We carefully picked and choose everything you need in order for you to have an amazing vacation. Guest access The main house has the entrance from 7th st and is named unit A. There is a detached garage and you may park on the driveway in front of the detached garage. The entrance has a few steps that gets up the porch. Very close to downtown and attractions, but in a very safe and quiet area. Other things to note We do accept pets and we charge a fee, however we are a very busy property and if your pet is shedding a lot, we rather not accept it unless is very well trained and does not go on the furniture. A shedding pet that runs everywhere will add multiple hours extra in their cleaning schedule and as most guest want early check in and late check out we cant accommodate anymore. Please be considerate and get your pet approved first before you book.
