This spacious upstairs 6-sleeper apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is great for families or groups. The unit has a full kitchen with a gas stove and oven. It has a lovely sunny living area with a flat screen TV and a dining table. There are two bathrooms, each with a luxurious, large shower. The front door leads out onto a shared balcony with a shared barbecue area and a lovely view of the Durbanville Hills. The apartment also shares a garden and is a short 200m stroll from the beach. The space The 3 bedroom apartment is light and airy, with a beachy feel. Guests can relax in the lounge, work at the kitchen bar or chill outside on the balcony enjoying the view of the nearby Durbanville Hills. Our bedding is crisp white cotton and we are a quick walk to the lovely Sunset Beach, with it’s iconic views of Table Mountain over Table Bay. Guest access The apartment is private, with own key access. Guests will share the enclosed garden, the barbecue areas, the balcony and patio as well as the driveway parking and the laundry. Other things to note We are a family-friendly building and as such no loud music or parties are allowed. Quiet time starts at 9pm and we ask our guests to be considerate of each other. We are not pet friendly.
