Do you accept early check-in and late check-out? We only accept early check-in and late check-out depends if the unit is available or their is no confirmed booking the next day. CHECK-IN TIME 2:00PM (onwards) CHECK-OUT TIME 11:00AM Guest(s) who will not submit requirements on time will be charged Php300 for assistant. 2. How do we purchase swimming pool pass? Upon check in kindly go to the admin located at Tower D ground floor parking lot and purchase a ticket. Also, please advise us ahead if you will use the swimming pool on weekends, since no admin on weekends, we can purchase a pool pass for you in advance. 3. Are we allowed to have visitors? Yes. However we still need their ID to get approval from the admin. Admin cut off time is 1:00pm weekdays and 10:00am weekends. 4. Can we use the gym? For owner use only. 5. Do you accept cash or other transactions? No. 6. How far is your unit from MOA? 10 minutes walking and 3 minutes drive. 7. How far is your unit from Airport? 15 minutes drive. 8. Does your unit have a free parking? No. However there is a nearby pay parking. Shore residences pay parking rates: Per hour rate Php30. Overnight rate: Php300. 9. Does the lobby allow us to leave our baggage for early check-in? No. Guest access Use of swimming pool opens from Tuesday to Sunday 6am-10pm only. Admin swimming pool fee: *swimming pool pass is valid only per day. Weekdays - Php150 per head. Holidays - Php300 per head. Other things to note When the booking is confirmed send us a copy of your one (1) valid ID before 10:00am especially during weekends for check-in guest authorization letter and safety purposes. To maintain the unit cleanliness: - Strictly no smoking and no pets inside the unit. - Do not leave trash in hallways, doorways or other common area. Garbage room is located near the elevator. - We charge guest for blood or any stained sheets amounting Php500. - We charge guest Php1000 for smoking inside the unit. - Please take care of the unit guest is responsible for any damages, missing items and will be charged at replacement price. - Please put the used beddings and towels at the washing machine. - Please turn off the lights and double check all the appliances, water if turn off before leaving the unit. - Please wash the dishes after use. - Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet.
