The secluded, private backyard features multiple outdoor seating areas, a pool, spa, and gym. - 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms - Private pool and spa - Shaded patio - Loungers by the pool - Front and backyard outdoor sofas - BBQ - Washer/dryer - Wifi and work from home spaces - Kitchen and complimentary coffee - Gated two car garage (can fit up 3 smaller cars if needed) - Home gym directly off the pool - Home theater THE HOME & ITS LAYOUT LIVING ROOM Take in the city lights and gather around the grand piano in the comfortable living space. We also have a reading nook that overlooks the expansive front yard complete with leather club chairs and a library for you to enjoy. KITCHEN & DINING Fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, breakfast table. Enjoy newly updated stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island are great for cooking in. OUTDOOR SPACE The spacious patio, gorgeous foliage, and relaxing pool and spa make for a perfect outdoor space for your group. Some of our favorite backyard activities include enjoying morning coffee on the outdoor sofa, swimming in the pool, and enjoying golden hour from the spa. THE BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 - Primary bedroom with a king bed, cozy fireplace, large windows, and ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen bed directly off the pool with a work from home desk Bedroom 3 -Queen bed downstairs off the home theater with ensuite bathroom Bedroom 4 - Queen bed directly off the pool with ensuite bathroom BATHROOMS - 3.5 There are 3 full bathrooms, equipped with a shower, plush towels, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. The primary bathroom also has a jacuzzi tub. MEDIA ROOM/ THEATER Kick back and relax with your party on the deep sofas while watching your favorite movie in this state of the art home theater. There is also a small kitchen next to the theater that's ideal for popping popcorn or preparing drinks. HOME GYM The private home gym is equipped with ample equipment, including free weights, kettlebells, a rowing machine, an elliptical, and more. SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety of our property, we have outdoor security cameras surrounding the outside of the property (not facing the pool). These are live recordings and we do monitor them. Please message us if you have any additional questions. PARKING Parking for two cars in a gated driveway and garage. The garage/driveway can fit up to 3 smaller cars if needed by double parking. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE >> Pool heating costs $100/day and we ask for at least 24 hours notice so it can be ready for your arrival. >> Pets are generally not allowed though we may allow a small dog with approval and a pet fee. We have provided ample outdoor drinkware. - Indoor fireplaces are not functional, please do not use - We generally do not allow pets. However, some small dogs are ok with approval and pet fee. Please reach out! FAILURE TO FOLLOW HOUSE RULES Any violations to the above rules will result in fines determined by property manager. PLEASE NOTE: This house is privately owned and managed; the owners assume no liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests should be aware that the pool and surrounding patios can be dangerous.
