The 150m2 Nature Villa built in 2022 is made entirely of wood with outdoor garden and heated pool surrounded by sand. It is located in Anglet, in the Chiberta district, facing the forest of La Pignada, near the beaches, the Golf de Chiberta and a center of Thalasso. Convenience stores are within 10 minutes drive. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. The space Ideal location facing the forest (incredible sunrise) and a few steps from the ocean (10 minutes' walk from Les Cavaliers or La Barre beach). The accommodation is located in the residential area of Chiberta, on the axis connecting the 5 cantons and the captaincy, in a private lane. The ground floor consists of an all-height reception closet and practical additional storage. The living area of 45 m2 extends into 3 parts: a fully equipped kitchen, new and open to the dining room with a large cabinet maker table of 8-10 people. The window rack opens fully to the pool. In its extension is the cozy living room with memory corner sofas, and library with alcove. This open space is fully equipped with Sonos speakers (home theater, 1 speaker per room + exteriors). A master suite is also on the ground floor at the end of the hallway with an Emma bed 160 x 200 cm, a dressing room and a walk-in shower room. A French door gives access to the side of the terrace leading to the garden furniture and the pool. Upstairs, a bathroom with a large bath and three bedrooms are available to tenants: - Chambre Grège: a bed of 160 x 200 cm with any height closets - Green room with pool view: a 2-seater pull-out bed, folded to 80 x 190 cm and unfolded 160 x 190 cm with any height closets - Mountain room with pool view: a 2-seater pull-out bed, folded to 80 x 200 cm and unfolded 160 x 200 cm with any height closets. Toys are available for the kids. We provide linen and towels. Outside there is a dining area with a table and 6 chairs, located near the plancha (fixed buttons with fire opening through the gas bottle). On the other side of the pool there is the living room with corner sofa and coffee table. Since this spring 2025, the house has been surrounded by a wooden fence on a broken wall closing the land. We are a family of 4 people with 2 children and 1 dog who live in this house all year round. There may be operational hazards inherent in the life of a house, we will do our best to guide you or intervene if necessary. Welcome to our home! Guest access Access to the entire habitable house including the garage (in summer period only July/August), with laundry area (1 washing machine, 1 dryer) + 1 microwave. A surfboard, a longboard 8 made of foam, a skimboard, an apartment bike and a weight bench with 2 altères are also available. Outside of the summer season and for the bridges in May, the garage is doomed to store our personal belongings there, but according to your needs, we will make certain amenities available, small child bike, etc.) Other things to note There is a parking space on the side of the house with an electrical outlet then another possible place in our cul-de-sac leading to the four houses. For all additional cars, it is mandatory to park either in front of our house along the road or in the forest parking lot opposite. Preferential rates with an Anglet surf club if you come from us. On request, we can provide you with a high chair and an umbrella bed for free.
