Studio apartment upstairs above our attached garage. It’s very private, King size bed, newly renovated, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, TV, and wifi. Coffee maker, plates, glassware, silverware, bowls, paper towels, toiletries, linens, room darkening shades & curtains, Ceiling fan, mini-split for your personal heat/ air comfort. Shared pool, deck, fenced in back yard, parking. Close to historic town, restaurants, Busch Gardens. The space The spacious studio apartment is located upstairs above the house garage. Must be able to climb stairs. Enter through the garage and into the house, your door is on the right with a combo lock. Guest access You will have the studio apartment space above the garage and access to the yard, decks, and pool. During your stay I will try to always be available, if not you can text or call me. Other things to note We have a 2 small Yorkies that love everyone but we keep them in our part of the house and in the back yard.
