Two bed two bath home in quiet country setting. The 2 acre lot adjoins the Three Rivers WMA with over 200,000 acres of hunting and fishing land (permit or weekend pass required). Lots of outdoor amenities including fire pit with porch swings, covered gazebo with 5 person hot tub and TV, 4 burner Blackstone outdoor griddle, wood rockers, and patio table and chairs. Only a 20 minute drive to Hochatown, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend State Park. A great place to unwind and have some fun. Nice big living room with 2 couches and two recliners. All electric Kitchen with dishes, cups, and all utensils. Two full bathrooms with body wash and shampoo provided and laundry room with washer and dryer detergent and dryer sheets provided. Each bedroom has a queen bed and set of twin bunks. There is a cot and extra pillows in the closet in the bedroom. Very quiet with a beautiful view of thousands of pine trees. On clear nights the stars really shine with very little light pollution in the area. We have a telescope in the bedroom closet and a Astronomy guide in the binder on the living room table you are welcome to use to star gaze at night. Lots of space for parking, right up to the house and on the long driveway. We are a short 20 minute drive to Hochatown but there is a general store, Sullivan’s Landing less than 5 minutes away with a small cafe and pizza. High speed internet and smart TV’s. There are fishing poles behind the door in the laundry room that you are welcome to use and a creek just down the road for a close fishing hole. Outside the house we have a fire pit with wood provided and a hot tub under the gazebo with a smart TV to relax and watch a movie. Also, a 4 burner black stone griddle which is great for cooking steak, burgers, or breakfast in the morning.
