We offer a beautiful 30 sqm room with a large terrace in a beautiful house in Brühl. A cozy eat-in kitchen, garden, toilet and a bathroom (in the basement) can also be used. The house is centrally located and very well connected. The nearest bus stop (1 min), tram (6 min) and regional train (10 min) are within walking distance. In the Brühler city center you are a 12-minute walk away, while Cologne and Bonn are between 6 and 25 minutes away by train. The space The room consists of bright furniture and the kitchen furniture is made of solid wood, which creates a nice ambience. Guest access In addition to the private room, the hallway, eat-in kitchen, bathroom, guest bathroom and garden are shared. Other things to note From October to April, the heating may be set to 21 degrees. In the other months, the heating must not be switched on except in the basement.
