You have full access to all the Thousand Trails amenities including a pool, hot tub, basketball courts, miniature golf, tennis, playground, volleyball, fitness center, clubhouse, & even food trucks! There is easy lake access if you want to fish, bring/rent a boat or jet ski. This is truly a perfect home away from home!! Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, large shower, and walk-in closet. Comfortable King sized bed with a Beauty Rest pillow top mattress and black out drapes. Second bedroom- Bunk beds with a double and twin size bed and ceiling fan. Third bedroom- Full size bed, walk in closet, and ceiling fan. Extra blowup mattress is provided as well. Open floor plan and large, fully stocked kitchen to make a full meal. Keurig coffee maker. Outdoor screened-in seating area and a covered driveway enough for two cars. This 1200 square foot cottage is located in the Reserve section of the Thousand Trails Resort on Lake Conroe. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the lake! We can provide a golf cart rental as well for an extra fee. Entire home. Management lives in Thousand Trails with a quick response if you need anything! A Cottage manager is readily available throughout your stay. This cottage is located within the Reserve in the Lake Conroe Thousand Trails Resort Community. Guests have full and free access to all resort amenities. This cottage is within a 5 minute walk to the lake. Grills are provided at the Rec center if you’d like to barbque. Daybreak Cottage has covered parking for two regular sized cars or one extra large vehicle. Parking in the street is not allowed. Overflow parking is at the entrance to the park near the Rec center. Each vehicle entering the Thousand Trails Park will incur a $10 one time registration fee which is good for the entirety of your visit with unlimited in and out privileges.
