The space Spacious ground floor apartment perfect for couples with underfloor heating throughout plus cosy woodburner. Open plan kitchen/diner & living area. Large kitchen island with comfy leather bar stools, perfect for dining or work space. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine, oven & microwave. Loaf sofa, smart flat screen TV and cosy Artic woodburner in the living area. Some logs supplied. Large bedroom with herringbone wooden floor, kingsize bed from the Cornish Bed Company with Emma mattress (Which Mag UK No 1). Professionally laundered bed linen. Large windows with shutters framed by wisteria flowers in season. Huge bathroom with skylight to the stars & Italian stone floor with UF heating. It has both a Matki freestanding shower and gorgeous rolltop bath. Products supplied. Minimum 2 night stays (depending on gaps available & season). Huge private parking driveway to the front of property with sole use EV charger available. Patio area with table and chairs and two reclining loungers for relaxing outside. Some of the UK's best walks from the front door, with an abundance of independent shops, restaurants and cafes just round the corner. While we are not set up for children, we do accept one baby (pre toddling only as we have a glass coffee table) as long as you're happy to bring all the necessary gear with you. One dog also welcome, bed and treats provided. Guest access Large off street, gated private parking area (space for up to three cars to give you an idea) for guests use. This is rare in Broadway, especially so centrally in the village! Sole use EV charge point provided. Corner patio area with table and chairs. Private access for guests through own front door via key safe into the Bolthole. The large, enclosed driveway has high wooden gates for privacy with ample parking and turning space for cars. Other things to note Minimum stay 2 nights. We don't do one night stays sorry. Sometimes we can enable a slightly earlier or later check out or at least allow earlier drop off parking if you arrive earlier so you can get out exploring.
