Perfect for a city break/business trip. NO SMOKING. The space This property has 3 floors: Ground - Living Room, Kitchenette, Patio, and WC. There is sometimes minimal interaction with the host on this floor. There is also a clearly marked Host’s storage room with no access for Guests. 1st Floor - Guest Wing. There are 2 guest-rooms on this floor, each with a maximum occupancy of 2 people. No shared spaces on this floor as each room is self sustained with private bathrooms. Top Floor - Host’s loft which may or may not be occupied during your stay. There is no access for Guests to this floor. Feel free to ask when booking whether this floor will be occupied by the Host as I typically know in advance. Guest access Check in is at 3PM. Check out is at 11AM. Please return all keys to the lockbox upon checkout Other things to note There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If the host discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €500 smoking fee, at minimum. NO USE of OVEN. Guests are not permitted to use this appliance for cooking/preparing meals. However, there is a guest microwave, a toaster, a fridge, a tea & coffee station with cutlery, and some complementary snacks and wine. JustEat and UberEats also deliver very quickly to the property.
