Other things to note Booking directly with the Fripp Island property owner, whether through their own website or other portals such as Airbnb or others, etc., provides the financial advantage of flexibility compared to reserving through the Fripp Island Resort. When booking through the Resort, guests are automatically charged a 12.8% resort fee on the nightly rate, regardless of whether they intend to use Resort amenities. However, when renting from a homeowner who is a Resort member, guests may purchase amenity cards to access Resort facilities or save the money for other vacation experiences, such as off-island dining, excursions, golf cart rentals, or other activities. This flexibility allows guests to customize their Fripp Island experience based on their preferences and budget while still enjoying the comforts of a beautiful vacation rental. We are Resort Members and are happy to assist you if you would like Resort access for your vacation. It is completely up to you how you prefer to vacation—Fripp Island offers a magical place to relax and renew, with or without Resort amenities. Whether you choose to explore nature, enjoy the beach, or simply unwind on the marsh, your time here will be unforgettable. *FRIPP ISLAND RESORT AMENITIES AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE: Beaches, nature trails, bike paths, etc., are freely accessible as guests of our home; however, Fripp Island Resort amenities are available exclusively to Amenity Card Holders. If friends or family would like to enjoy Fripp Island Resort amenities—golf courses, swimming pools, club restaurants—they are available for an additional fee.  Access to Fripp Island Resort Amenities: Resort Fee - 12.8% in addition to your rental agreement base rent price (excluding taxes and cleaning fees if charged on less than one week stays), plus  Amenity Card Fees - 2025 Rates Prime Season: $55 (7-day) or $39 (3 night/4-day)  Off-season $39 (7-day) or $28 (3 night/4-day)  If you decide to order resort access, we will include two FREE 7-day amenity cards with your weekly reservation.
