One additional guest can sleep in the living area, on the fold down futon. The bathroom is stocked with all necessities and essential toiletries. ✔ Shower ✔ Sink with Mirror just outside the Bathroom We have a iron, ironing board, and steamer for you to use to freshen your clothes when you unpack. Guest access Your space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with: ✔ High-Speed Wi-Fi ✔ Air Conditioning & Heating ✔ Parking* *There is one off-street parking space in front of the property. It is shared by two units, so it is available on a first-come, first-served basis. More parking is available on Princeton Street, which is just a few yards from the property entrance. If you park on Princeton Street, be sure to park far enough away from intersections and fire hydrants to avoid ticketing. Other things to note Guests complete a quick verification process after booking. We also ask for names and contact information for additional adult guests in case of unexpected or emergency circumstances. Stays of 28+ nights require a simple rental agreement prior to check-in. This is a thoughtfully designed apartment that makes smart use of space to create a relaxing and functional stay. If you’re looking for a large luxury home, this may not be the right fit — but if you value a well-designed, comfortable space in a great location, you’ll feel right at home. One off-street parking space is shared by two units and is available first-come, first-served. Free street parking is plentiful on Princeton Street. Please be mindful of city parking rules and avoid blocking driveways, intersections, or fire hydrants.
