Has fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, Wifi, air condition & ceiling fans in all rooms. The space The apartment is on the first floor of Chrysakama complex, situated in the heart of Latchi harbour. Has 2 balconies, one ( 8 square metres) having sea view looking at marina and the other one has mountain view. The ideal place if you want to explore Latchi, enjoy the sea, explore akamas and be in the centre of Latchi's nightlife. The apartment is very quite and there is no noise coming from Latchi marina. Guest access communal swimming pool, sunbeds and outdoor shower. The building has no elevator. Other things to note In light of COVID-19 we have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting regime even further. Among other measures, we are airing out the apartment for a few hours, and all items (such as doorknobs, faucet handles and cabinets) are thoroughly disinfected. We give special attention to keep the place clean and safe. The property is equipped with fire extinguisher, fire planket and first aid kid. The apartment is on the first floor and the building has no elevators.
