Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located Gorgie flat! The flat is known as the ‘Pink Palace’ and has been designed as a floral oasis in the heart of Edinburgh. The space The entire flat has been a passion project of mine over the last year as I have done all of the renovations and design work myself! The flat has plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy your stay in Edinburgh! The living room has a pink chaise sofa and green side chair to cosy into. The large window looks out onto the back garden and is usually lush enough in the warmer months that it looks like a forest outside the flat! The kitchen is equipped with all you could need for a meal in. There is a small fridge/freezer, washing machine, SMEG electric oven, SMEG gas hob, kettle, and matching SMEG drip coffee maker and coffee grinder. If you’re in the mood to cook, the cupboards are stocked with all your basic cooking - a mixture of spices and sauces. There are also a variety of loose leaf teas to help yourself to! There is a mahogany dining table to enjoy a meal on, or convert into a working space (I did this myself for the past year and it worked great!). The wifi in the flat is incredibly fast and has never let me down on a teams call or when streaming a movie! The bedroom has a (very comfy) memory foam double bed and a pink arm chair. There are likely more pillows that you will ever need on the bed (I do love a throw cushion) but the wardrobe is a great place to toss them into when not in use! Please make yourself at home and unpack into the wardrobe and dresser! The shower room is directly off of the bedroom and is equipped with all of your essentials - shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower is small, but the water pressure is fantastic (the boiler is less than a year old so it works a treat)! The powder room (WC) makes up for its size in personality! This was the room where I learned how to tile floors, cut and install wall mouldings, hang light fixtures and put up wallpaper. I hope you’ll enjoy the design of this room as much as I do! Guest access You will have the entire flat to yourself to enjoy! The main entrance and close of the tenement are communal spaces, so I ask that you please be respectful of others in the building.
