The apartment is located 3 blocks from downtown in a quiet neighborhood where you have everything you need super close without being in the chaos of downtown (on the corner you have greengrocer, kiosk, pharmacy, butcher, chicken shop and a supermarket around the corner). The room is ventilated, bright and spacious for you to be comfortable during your stay. Guest access You will have your key so that you can manage like at your house :)
