(this is not a shared apartment) The space - It's a 920 Sft (86 sqm) apartment as shown in the photos. -Situated on the Ground floor -You will have the entire space to yourself. -Only bedrooms are air-conditioned. Other things to note If you've stayed in an Airbnb before then you won't need a house manual :) - If you face a problem, talk to me. Don't be a rude guest who doesn't read about the property and drops a bad review out of a grudge or disappointment. I'll ALWAYS try to make up for any shortfalls if I didn't deliver as promised. -On rare occassions we might have a power cut or an occasional breakdown in an equipment. We will try our best to attend and sort it. We expect our guests to be patient and understanding in those situations. You might find the location of the property an advantage to your stay. Only flipside might be the exterior appearance of the building. It is not something that I can change . But I assure you that once you're inside you'll love the comfort of this home.
