The space The room is one of four bedrooms inside our single family house. We are a family of four with two very energetic kids. We welcome kids as well! While our three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, this guest bedroom is on the 1st floor. Other things to note Our house is far enough from busy traffic and the fire station sirens so it pretty quiet. It is at the same time close enough to the Rockville TownCenter for all your needs (restaurants/theatre/groceries/salons). The neighborhood is safe, quiet, friendly, lots of greens. Friendly neighbors. Not to mention deer and squirrel neighbors coming and going around the neighborhood. So drive carefully!
