Casa Arletta is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of San Miguel, just a short stroll to La Fabrica Aurora. This upscale 3-story residence includes 2 private King units (one on each floor), ideal for two couples or a family desiring privacy. The house also features 2 colorful patios as well as a large rooftop terrace with peekaboo views of the city & lush mountains to the East. Casa Arletta is a 15 minute walk to the Central Jardin with numerous shops and restaurants along the way. The space This home boasts two units. The first floor features a beautiful bedroom with one king bed, adjoining bathroom, full kitchen, spacious living area with fireplace & colorful outdoor patio with fireplace. The second floor includes a private entrance with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom with separate large shower, bedroom with fireplace and one king bed along with an outdoor patio. Each floor includes a flat screen TV and wireless internet. There is a washer & dryer on the 2nd floor with outdoor access from both units. The 3rd full bathroom with shower is located off the main entry patio. This custom designed space is great for couples, friends and families to gather for an amazing stay in San Miguel de Allende. Unfortunately, it is not well suited for infants and toddlers due to the stairs, glass doors, and concrete construction. Come enjoy our special place to getaway and unplug at the most beautiful colonial city in Mexico. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house as well as the laundry room, outdoor patios and rooftop deck. A small separate studio is used for storage and kept locked. Other things to note The house is located two blocks up a moderate hill. Guests walking back should be prepared for this. Taxis are available anywhere in town and cost $2-4. We are on a quiet street at the end of a cul de sac without any through traffic. Enjoy our rental with NO CLEANING FEE! Most cleaners are paid a few dollars per hour for cleaning. So why are places charging you $200+ and also asking you to wash your own linens? All we ask is for you to dispose of your food waste and we'll take care of the rest. We have only rented this home a few times but we have 100% positive feedback at our other rentals in California and Costa Rica.
