Welcome! Our condo is open for renters and did not have any damage from recent Hurricane Ian. Our updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath comfortably sleeps 3-4. The pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grills and pavilion are a short walk away. Enjoy a relaxing day at our private Bonita Bay Beach Park with free shuttle in season. Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. ** If you are bringing a pet, PLEASE let me know ahead of time as there are restrictions on size and breed (dogs).** The space Guest Bedroom: 2 full beds, dresser, mounted Smart TV with basic cable and closet with shelving and sliding mirror doors. Pull down blinds in bedroom. Full bathroom right across the hall Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, mounted tv with stand, bookshelf, night stands, closet with shelving and sliding mirror doors and access to balcony. Remote powered blinds for sliding balcony doors and pull down blinds behind bed. Full bathroom attached. Living Room: Nice long couch with decor pillows and blankets (on blanket ladder). Remote powered blinds. Mounted Smart TV with basic cable and high speed internet throughout unit. Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Washer/Dryer to the right of the stove. Balcony: Furnished with plenty of seating. Gas powered mini fire pit for cozy nights! Beautiful view of lake behind building. Guest access You'll be provided your own 4-digit keyless entry code for the condo. Upon arrival, stop at the Bonita Bay MAIN gate with your ID to get your parking pass. The beach shuttle passes, available Nov 15-Apr 30, will be emailed to you prior to your stay. May 1-Nov 14 there is free parking at the Bonita Bay Private Beach with your beach pass (no beach shuttle off season).
