Here is what to expect: High speed internet access 2 bathrooms; One with a jet tub located on the main floor and the other one with a shower and laundry appliances located in the basement. I supply shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, bubble bath, and hair dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets are also available. 3 bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor: the master with a queen sized bed and the secondary bedroom with a twin bed and TV. The third one also has a queen sized bed and is located in the basement. An Ironing machine and a steamer are available for use. Linens and towels are included. MAIN FLOOR: Living room: comfortable and cozy with a TV equipped with an IPTV box. You may connect to your Netflix account and use certain apps via the TV. A variety of books and games are available for use. Kitchen: Functional with many small appliances such as airfryer, toaster, blender, hand mixer, magic bullet, kettle, drip-coffee machine, espresso machine, soda stream etc. Some teas, ground coffee for both coffee machines is provided. Dish soap and dishwasher pods are available. Dining room: open concept with the kitchen and living room BASEMENT Living room: Features a chic stove oven, brick wall, medium sized tv (also with IPTV), modular sofa and mini fridge. In the corner of the living room, there is a working space with a desk and office chair. A wireless printer is also at your disposal, if need be. An inflatable mattress (double size) may be provided upon request. BACKYARD Fully Fenced backyard with a large grass area Fenced pool area; 12x24 semi-in ground heated pool, “chilling” chairs on pool deck, kid sized pic-nic table and pool toys are available. Elevated wooden patio with BBQ, Ground-level uni-stone patio with dining table/umbrella, bistro table, fire pit and rocking chair. Guest access - The bungalow has driveways on each side. - During winter, one side has a car shelter that can accommodate 1 car. Shovel and salt is at your disposal to make the entry steps and pathway safe. - There are only 3-4 steps from the front entry door. - Keyless entry. Unlock the door with a personal code, which will be sent to you the day of your arrival and will remain valid for the entire duration of your stay. Other things to note Honesty and respect are values of the utmost importance to me. I take very good care of my belongings and expect the same courtesy in return from my guests. Since the posting is of my primary residence and I only get my work schedule 1 month in advance, I only unblock certain dates per month ahead of time.
