TRAX LITE RAIL comes to/from the airport/Downtown right to our condo, under 2 blocks on foot. Located in the Hardware District, of North Temple, East of I-15. Sleeps 4 comfortably! 1 Queen, 1 Full, and Sofa pullout Single sleeper. Pets are OK! (See House Rules) The space Ground floor with private outdoor entrance giving you direct access to your condo. All condo units are on the ground floor so nobody is above or below you. This is a private condo. You do not share the space with anybody. Located in a historic 5-unit building in downtown Salt Lake City. Fully remodeled! 9 ft ceilings! Solid surface flooring, full kitchen, and bath. Private in unit Washer and Dryer (BYO Detergent) New Mitsubishi mini splits installed in 2022. New windows 2021. This is a 500 sq ft space with a great layout. Comfortable for 4 guests.! Guest access You have the whole 500 sq foot condo until to yourself. There is a bike rack, shared patio, and picnic area with bistro lights in the back of the property. We do not have a dedicated offstreet parking spot for this condo unit, but the main street that runs directly in front of the building is meter free on both sides. We are just far enough away from downtown that we do not get their parking impact. This is a ground floor, street facing condo with a private outdoor entrance. You are able to park just in front of your door. Most of our guests arrive with a vehicle. Check my reviews. Other things to note Cool historic building built circa 1905. Fully updated. 9-foot ceilings. New windows and Mitsubishi mini splits for heat and AC. Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property. We provide laundry inside this unit, but because of our low price point, please bring your own detergent. We have a smart television in the condo where you can log into any of your own streaming service accounts for content. We strive to offer affordable clean accommodations in Salt Lake City, we love to suggest breweries, restaurants, activities, and events that can be easily accessed from our location.
